What Causes Hard Lump On Middle Back Of Head Along With Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

I have a penny sized hard lump on the middle back part of my head around the superior sagittal sinus, and recently had an x-ray that came back fine. I have been experiencing bad pain in my neck and shoulders as well as tingling in my arms and face....I have also had brain fog and nausea

I really appreciate your concern, the symptom of neck pain, shoulder pain, and others may not be due to head lesion but it may be some muscular spasm pain and it can be managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone" three times in day, hope this information helps.
