What Causes Hard Bumps Between The Legs?
I have been getting these small hard bumps that are a purplish color between my legs in my groin area. When I squeeze them j get Yello pus like from a big zit on your face and some clear pinkish discharge. Sometimes the lumps still feel hard/firm. Should I be concerned?

Hi lump may of several cause it may be either a cystic swelling or any abscess don't squuez it cause spread of infection beneath the skin please had to consult once surgeon had appropriate management
