Hello! I have a question because I can t find very much information online about it. I have a bump on my inner labia and (other than shaving irritation) I never have these so its strange. There is only one bump, and it is hard but not painful. There s no head on it and it s not even red. There s also no itchiness, unsual smell or discharge. It hasn t changed shape over the past 4 or 5 days. It doesn t seem to match the description of herpes or other STDs, thrush or some other infection that I ve read about it. I am up to date on my STD tests and have taken the vaccine for HPV. So Could this one bump be the result of friction from my clothing? And should I refrain from sex with my monogamous partner until I sort it out?
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having Bartholin gland cyst producing single, hard, painless bump on the site. Nothing to worry, consult Gynaec and get confirmed about cyst. If size increases or it becomes painful then there might behaving infection and it might require excision of cyst with total removal of sac. Ok and take care.
