What Causes Hard Bowels Along With Drainage Of Blood From Rectum?
Sir I am suffering from anal fissures from few days. After taking some pills, the painfully but one day, bowl movement became very harder so that there is heavy bleeding. Though I am taking stool softener, there is no use and my anal feels very tight from that day. I don t why the stool softeners stopped working.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is anal fissures then you really need to managed the constipation first, and for that drink more water, have fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of defecation, even if do not want to go for this, in medicine "Calcium dobesilate" with Policresulen" for local application can be tired, isabgol can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
