Hi,

You seem to have telogen effluvium .. You may be having some cause. As you said.. You were on oratane, you are anaemic. Both can cause hair fall. Poor hygiene and poor nutrition are responsible for telogen effluvium. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. For acne avoid isotretinoin cap. You may take antibiotic like azithromycine. Fir anaemia, consult physician and have treatment.

To controll hair fall and to improve hair growth you may take biotin 10 tab daily for few months and apply mild steroid lotion on scalp at night daily. For hair oiling and shampoo use herbal preparations.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
