Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is:

1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Use a good herbal hair oil and shampoo for routine use.
4. Other treatment options are oral multivitamins and mesotherapy done by a dermato-surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
