What Causes Hair Loss While On Carvedilol?

Hello I was put on Carvedilol 25 mg tablets in June of last year and I have some of the side effects. But my most concerned question is I am losing my hair is that one of the side effects and what should I do about it or is there anything that I can do. I am a female My email address is YYYY@YYYY

Carvediol has a few side effects, but hair fall is not one of those. Following is the usually seen side effects:dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, weakness, tiredness, headache, joint pain, cough, dry eyes, vision changes, numbness or tingling sensation, decreased sex drive, impotence, or difficulty having an orgasm. However, it is usually very well tolerated drug.
As regards hair fall please check your thyroid hormone levels, whether there is hypothyroidism. Because that is one of the condition causing hair fall. Thanks
