What Causes Growth In Inner Vagina?

I have a growth on the inner walk of my vagina, it feels like a rabbit eared sort of shape and is around 10mm in length and around 7mm wide, Bartholins cyst seems to be a frequent response to people with vaginal growths but i feel i should mention I have never had an STI, haven t given birth for 5 years and haven t had intercourse in 15 months.

It's difficult to diagnose without examining based on your description I think it could be bartholins cyst only. I advise you to get biopsy done to rule out any malignancy.
