What Causes Growing Lump Leading To Discolouration Between Ear And Cheekbone?

Hi my name is Katarina, i have a lump beside my ear near my cheek bone. It has blackheads in it but it is under the skin. It moves around and it keeps growing, and now its turning my skin a purple black color. Just when i or someone touches it to long it starts to make me hot and dizzy, and makes me feel sick. It bothers me in the mornings it wakes me up, it feels like a pinch that never stops. What is it?

I really appreciate that, chances of cyst is very likely and this could be sebaceous one to get it confirm it is advisable to get done the clinical examination because this is the option you have for final diagnosis, if this turned sebaceous cyst then this need to be removed surgically, hope this information helps, take care.
