Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
Greenish stools can occur in various conditions like excess unprocessed bile (which is to be digested by certain enzymes) or
iron supplements,or
celiac disease or Protozoal infestation etc.
The causes of abdominal pain could be excess stomach acid or
acute gastritis,
gastroenteritis or
Helicobacter pylori infection.
But it needs to get evaluated further (if symptoms persists) by various investigations like complete hemogram,ESR,urine and stool R/M examination with abdominal ultrasound.
In my advice you should take some symptomatic treatment,
1) Antacids like H2 blockers (ranitidine) or proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or rabeprazole) will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.
2) Take digene gel/liquid or
3) Cyto-protective agents like sucralfate to reduce the burning sensation.
I expect you will start feeling better within 2 to 3 days but in case symptoms persists with greenish stools then you should see physician who will take complete medical history and know all the relevant tests to identify the underlying cause.
The definitive treatment will depend upon the underlying cause.
Hope this information will help you.
Regards,
