What Causes Graspy Cough With Congestion In The Chest?

I haven't been eating properly and I've been sick for the past two weeks with a graspy cough and very congested in the chest, the past couple days I've been having runny sticky clear/brown liquid coming out of my bum when I get a cramp I have to go to washroom it also kind of just leaks out why is this happening I've never had it before

Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having acute upper respiratory tract infection...

It could be bronchitis like congestive respiratory tract infection

Your Auscultation should be done and get investigated with CBC....
If needed chest x ray will be done

For congestion relief levocetrizine 5 mg OD can be prescribed for five days

If CBC shows neutrophilia than antibiotic course prescribed

Salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day
