What Causes Grand Mal Seizure?

My daughter is experiencing mouth and thumb twitching. Also her left eye is drooping a little. She had an EEG done when she was about 5 yrs old that did show seizure activity, but I ve never seen her have one especially Grand Mal seizure. What could this be?

The symptoms seem to be related to epilepsy.

I suggest seeing a neurologist for a specific treatment.

in our daily practice, I recommend using Tegretol to treat epilepsy.
