What Causes Gout And Pain In The Legs While Suffering From Diabetes?

not sure what is going on...type 2 diabetic, had my toe nails cut by podiatrist, big toe infected, also gout, now pain in legs, knots on my legs, red, swollen, now looks like it has moved somewhat to my knees...has it crystalized or is it tophi.... not sure

this could be due to infection, cellulitis is a common condition in diabetics and presents with pain redness and warmth of the leg, also with fever. you should do a blood count for infection and get yourself checked by your doctor, who will then put you on oral or iv antibiotics.
