What Causes Goosebumps On The Legs While On Antidepressants?

I am having this feeling of goosebumps on my scalp and then getting actual goosebumps running down my legs constantly. I am not cold. It s really hot in Seattle right now. I ve also been taking an anti-depressant and a month ago upped my dosage. I also have vertigo at the moment but only when I lie down and then turn my head or get up from lying down. My doctor told me to take afrin for 4 days then flonase for 4 weeks to get rid of the vertigo

Ok, an all over new effect can be from a drug even if the symptom doesn't immediately seem to make sense. Some old antidepressants had a LOT of effects on circulation and muscle and vessel tone (which could be reasonably be felt as goosebumps). The newer ones were put out to NOT do this, but some out in the last year like cymbalta have effects on the stress hormones and these change skin tone like goosebumps even though this isn't reported it fits.
And... all the reasons to take an antidepressant like anxiety often cause goosebumps
cannot say in your particular case.
