You are exhibiting symptoms of an upset microbiome. You may be able to gain healthy digestion back by taking probiotics and adding 25 grams of dietary fiber to your diet along with plenty of fluids. Also, pay attention to whether certain foods aggravate the condition or not such as wheat, soy, or dairy since you may have a food intolerance. Keeping a food journal may help you sort out any lurking food intolerances. Fiber can be added by increasing fresh fruits and vegetables or by adding a fiber supplement to the diet that you tolerate. Add fiber slowly, if you increase too quickly it will aggravate bowel gas problems and you don't want that.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
