HI DR CHAWLA.LMP 21.01.2016.I AM 4 MONTHS PREGNANT. IST THREE MONTHS THERE IS NO SENSATION OF VOMITING. END OF 4 TH MONTH OF PREGNANCY SENSATION OF VOMITING STARTS MOST OF TIMES AFTER I EAT CHAPATI WITH VEGETABLES. NOW WEIGHT IS 103 KG. PLEASE TELL THE DIET FOR MAINTAIN THE WEIGHT DURING PREGNANCY ,REGARDS PARUL

Vomiting in pregnancy can be a problem.

If you notice that it occurs with specific foods, you may want to consider reducing your intake of these foods and using alternatives.

In addition the following may be helpful: (a)using small portions regularly instead of large portions,
(b) as well as using dry foods
(c)limiting the use of spicy and greasy foods

It would also be important to take your vitamins as prescribed.
