Over the last month or two I have found that I need to pee more often that normal. Sometimes I can go 3 or 4 times in an hour! There is no pain and no other obvious symptoms of a urinarny tract infection and the urine is not concentrated. I had a baby 10 months ago.. not sure if this is relevant but though I would mention it anyway.
You have delivered a baby 10 months ago & have frequency of urination. Pregnancy & childbirth commonly cause bladder control problems.
Childbirth weakens the pelvic floor muscles, you should learn exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor.
Sometimes high sugar levels in the blood may cause frequency of urination. Control blood sugar levels if diabetic.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
