What Causes Frequent Urination?

I go to the washroom many times during day and night. About twenty years ago, I saw a Chinese Doctor, who did day surgery and I was okay for about 18 years. Am now in a worse position, going more than I did origionally. Have been seeing a urologist for about a year and was expecting her to do a surgery. She says she doesn t know of a surgery to do which would help me. Can you offer any encouragement in this area?
