What Causes Frequent Urination?

I am a 45 yr old male of good health and I have recently started having to urinate more often than normal its about every 2 hours during the day, there is no discoloration or strong odor just a simple increase in times that I have to stop what I m doing to urinate. I work in construction so I consume 6-8 16oz bottles of water a day to keep hydrated.
