What Causes Frequent Urination?

I ve been peeing a lot. I can go to the bathroom and a few minutes later I need to go again. When I go to the bathroom it s like a trickle, but it always feels like I have a full bladder. Also I ve noticed that my vaginal area has a high weird odor I shower twice a day and make sure I dry properly what can this be?

Dear-thanks for using our service. Urinary frequency could be secondary to problems in bladder's contraction, leaving a residual volume of urine everytime you urine for which you have the sensation that still full. Other possibility is a problem in the urethral orifice which makes it hard to urinate and had to push. Urethral strictures can give you this problem too.If you have a bad smell from the vagina, this can be from a vaginal infection and it is advisable to see a gynecologist for a pap smear and vaginal culture. You can try a vaginal douche to see if helps the odor.
