Hi, so for the past 2 weeks or so, iv had a really bad urge to pee constantly, it s been getting worse. Today everything is burning down there and it s almost unbearable, but I m at camp and I want to know if there s anything to lessen the pain? I m 16. Not sexually active, I should be starting my period sometime in the next week. I m just in a lot of pain.

Hello

Burning sensation and frequent urination may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test, urine RE/ME,culture and sensitivity and ultrasound of abdomen.

You may need to take antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You may also need antispasmodic due to pain.
You should drink plenty of water.
You may need alkalizing syrup also.

Get well soon.
