What Causes Frequent Urination With Pain In Abdomen And Lower Back?

Hi I have a question I have noticed over the past week that I have been going to the bathroom a lot at night like five to six times and have a lot of trouble now sleeping at night I also have noticed that my mouth gets very dry at night. And I have noticed that when I ejaculate that it burns a little and not very much comes out also I have been having pains in my lower back and under my ribs is this something to do with my kidneys or what could it be

I really appreciate your concern, there are certain medical condition which could increase the nocturnal frequency of voiding like, diabetes, prostrate, cystitis, and functional, all these need to be differentiated if symptoms continue, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
