What Causes Frequent Urination Throughout The Day?
I can go almost all day without anything to drink but I always have to pee. Especially at night when im close to going to sleep. I drink nothing at all but i pee atleast 3-4 times before I just give up & wait until I wake up to use the bathroom again. This happens throughout the day, everyday. Haven t had sex in almost 2-3 months now. What could it be ?

You might have enlarged prostate if you are middle-aged. Get an ultrasound to rule out urinary calculus. Get a urine examination routine to check for urinary infection. You may need a short antibiotic course for that.
