What Causes Frequent Urination, Increased Thirst And Fatigue?

Hello, I am experiencing frequent urination, particularly at night when I seem to get extremely thirsty. I am also experiencing a little fatigue. On a daily basis I take the following meds: Amlodopine, Atorvastatin, Metropolol, HCTZ and an low dose aspirin. Can you tell me what could be causing these symptoms?
