What Causes Frequent Urination And Discomfort In Lower Abdomen?

Hello! I am a 26 yr. old male anf I woke up this morning and noticed that a small section of my underwear (right near my penis) felt damp. To investigate a little bit further, I smelled the fluid and it smells like urine. I have recently noticed that I am urinating more frequently (within the past week) and have, a slight discomfort in the lower ab/ pelvic region( feels like a very mild cramp). Any suggestions on what this might be? I have a doctor appt. coming up, but would like to be as prepared as possible.

It seems to be Urinary tract infection. If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Nitrofurantoin 100mg twice daily for a week, Plus citralka sachet.

Take plenty of fluids. Cranberry juice is best for you. Take it 5times a day.
