What Causes Frequent Urination And Constipation?

Hi Doc, I am feeling like micturating every 15 minutes since early this morning when i woke up at 430am. This happened last on 26th Jan early morning as well and it carried on in the morning till i passed some gas and it became OK, so I thought it was related to flatulence. This morning I cdnt do the BIG job but had to keep rushing to urinate.. felt like just sitting on the pot.. The i decided to just have a bath and go to work. and now every 1.5 hrs I am like full and rushing to the pot.. pl tell me what cd be wrong? some growth inside that is pushing the urethra ??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be constipation and/or a urinary tract infection. I suggest you have a urinalysis at your doctor's and ensure soft stools by drinking lots of fluid and eating fibres.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
