General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,

your symptoms most likely related to renal calculi leading to urinary tract infections. we need to confirm and then start your treatment. so please get an ultrasound abdomen and complete urine examination and urine culture sensitivity as you have been said to have recurrent bladder infections. then if you have infection we can start on antibiotics. if no infection then we can just go with plenty of oral fluids and cranberry juice.

thanking you
