Hello
I share your concern
Increased frequency of urine might be related to Recurrent UTI or diabetes

In my opinion you should consult your doctor to rule out diabetes by blood sugar as well as urine osmolality test to rule out diabetes insipidus

get your urine culture and sensitivity test
depending upon the reports a course of antibiotics
have plenty of fluids
multivitamin supplements
Thanks for your question
best wishes
