What Causes Frequent Throat Problem?

I have a throat problem. Sometimes when I eat random foods, my throat swells up and I have trouble breathing. This is like an allergic reaction, but it can happen with practically anything. My mouth is overflowing with mucous and my throat and chest hurts. It happens with peanuts, protein bars, fish, chicken, stir fry, bread, avocados, pistachios, etc. It can happen with anything, but with these it happens the most often. What is this problem?

Hello. It seems that you are allergic to the mentioned foods. When a allergic person eat an allergenic food, appears swelling of lips, tongue, uvula and bronchial constriction , causing acute respiratory distress. You must go as soon as possible to the Allergist to realize additional tests and establish the foods that you are allergic(aliments that you can not eat in future).
I wish you good health.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shreya Kunder's  Response
Hello there,
I can understand your concern. You are definitely allergic to certain food stuff. Please do not ignore as sometimes it can be life-threatening so please do visit an immunology and allergy specialist who can prescribe medicines that you can take if any emergency arises and also get an allergy panel done.By this testing they can find out the various food ingredients that you are allergic to and thereby help you to avoid wherever possible.
You probably need to visit the specialist as early as possible as you seem to be allergic to practically all food items. Do not delay.
Take care.
