What Causes Frequent Pressure And Pain In The Urinary Tract?
Dear Doctor Rynne, My lady friend has frequent pressure/pain in the urinary track or colon; there is no urinary infections as recently tested, and I told her she is always stressed with anxiety. We have looked at Interstitial Cystitus and she has had that test before. Could her constant anxiety be causing her urinary lining discomfort/pain/pressure? Thank you.

The symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.
Anxiety can cause frequent urination.
I recommend to treat the anxiety properly.
I also recommend to use muscle relaxants such as Baclofen in case of pain.
