What Causes Frequent Pain And Tickling Sensation In Feet?

I have periodic sharp pains in my feet, feels like tickling combined with needles. It lasts for about five to ten minutes and walking or exercising the foot erases the shooting pains. Frequency of the pains are about 30 seconds to a minute. I feel that its a circulatory problem because my blood tests say my blood-sugar levels are OK?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of periodic sharp pains in feet, like tickling lasting for 5 to 10 minutes and with the frequency of 30 seconds to a minute and eases on exercises of the foot and walking.
This is an odd presentation and does not really fit into any of the known diseases as such.
Hence the need of the investigations:
Color doppler of the both lower limbs.
MRI of the lower spine to rule out any nerve origin.
- An opinion of a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination and advise further investigations to get a possible diagnosis to get a proper treatment.
I find this answer helpful
