What Causes Frequent Nose Bleeds While Bending Forward?

I was having frequent nosebleeds, from bending forward. Has 2 vessels cauterized. Bleeding started to increase in frequency. Sunday eve. I coughed and out came a fairly large clot of blood. Bleeding started increasing in frequency. Went to ER, packed left nostril. Thursday went to dr. to have packing removed. Some bleeding and cauterized couple more vessels. taking paid pills and told not to blow nose. (Can t blow air path seems blocked, some light bloody drainage. Nose burns, I have a gel spray to use. How long does it take for this to heal or go away??

As per your query about cause of frequent nose bleed while bending can be due raised blood pressure, and heatstroke I would suggest you to get your general health examination like blood pressure and blood examination done.

Avoid sneezing, coughing to avoid pressure on nose vessels. Take rest and stay cool and calm. Continue using the spray. Your physician may suggest you medication which helps in controlling bleeding. If blood pressure is on higher side you may be prescribed an antihypertensive medication. I advise you to consult the doctor soon.
