Hello,

Frequent headache is commonly caused due to dehydration, B issues, low blood glucose, thyroid issues, tension headache or migraine. Keep your BP, blood glucose levels normal at all cost. Stay well hydrated and avoid constipation, take laxatives at bed time and fiber rich food. Take acetaminophen, one SOS for relief.

Forgetfulness at 32, may commonly occur due to under-active thyroid, lack of sleep, stress and anxiety, depression, addictions like alcohol, smoking, certain medications, nutritional deficiency, etc. Cognitive impairments, psychiatric illness and delirium may be associated with it. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. You will have to go through neuro-psychological testing.

Evaluation may include blood and urine tests, nerve tests, and imaging tests of the brain (CAT) scans or (MRI). In the meantime, you can take vitamin B6, B12 rich food or supplements. Your treatment will depend on the reports obtained and clinical findings. Avoid addictions if any, switch to healthy lifestyle. Avoid stress and depression.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
