Brief answer :
ENT examination should be done and antibiotics needs to be started.

Detailed answer :
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child is getting frequent cold for 2 months and now for two days he is pulling his ears, probably he has also developed ear infection.
In my opinion, an examination by ENT Specialist should be done and antibiotic like amoxyclav 4 ml three times a day for 3 days should be given. However, since this is a prescription medicine, i advice you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
For recurrent cold, you need to follow some precautions like avoid cold drinks, ice creams, avoid fried food from outside, cover mouth while coughing.
I hope this will help you. Take care.
