Hi,

There can be various reasons for your symptoms. Definitely, gastritis and GERD (as your doctor diagnosed) is the most common. Further it can be due to intestinal infections (enteritis or colitis) or sometimes even urinary tract infections. I feel that first of all you can continue with your medicine, Raciper D as prescribed.

Along with that you must focus on your diet. Avoid spicy and oily food and excess of tea and coffee. Drink plenty of water, at least 2-3 liters per day. Avoid stress. Still if the symptoms persist then go for some investigations like complete blood count, liver function tests, test for helicobacter and ultrasound abdomen. This will help to make a proper diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
