What Causes Frequent And Painful Urination?
Hi, my son is saying his penis hurts and he feels like he always has to go to to bathroom. He says it doesn t hurt when he urinating and he is also complaining his belly aches. thought maybe UTI, but his urine doesn t look cloudy and he says it doesn t hurt when he pees.

I understand your concern
It might be a urinary tract infection and stone in the lower urethra.
I would suggest to undergo urine routine, microscopic and culture report and USG scan after consulting the MD physician.
Doctor will give following advises.
Tablet septran DS
Tablet nitrozolium
Syrup cital two times per day, two tabelspoonful in half glass of water.
Give him plenty of water to drink and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
