What Causes Frequent And Painful Urination In A 5 Year Old Child?

My 5.5 year old daughter has frequent urination and pain when she urinates. We have had her tested several times for bladder infection. No infection each time but microscopic blood. She was sent to a childrens special hospital where they put dye in a catheter and checked her bladder. Also an ultrasound was done. Everything has come back normal. She still is having several accidents and complaining of pain where she pees at. What else could it be when everything looks normal?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such condition of frequent urination in children may not be due to any disease but it may be nonspecific or it may be due to formation of crystal in urine if this is so then it can be managed with lot of water and Disodium hydrogen citrate liquid hope this information helps.
