What Causes Frequent And Incontinent Urination While Having High BP?

I have UTI symptoms, urgency, incomplete emptying, frequent urination. I am taking an OTC treatment plus adding cranberry juice with extra fluids. However, I feel excessive thirst, and have a headache. I normally do not have high blood pressure, but my BP is 159/87p

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get your sugar levels tested as well as urinalysis to rule out urinary tract infection as in that case antibiotics may also be needed.

Sugars should be monitored with the symptoms you shared. Blood pressure can be due to primary hypertension and less likely to be kidney disease and salt restrictions, exercises, lifestyle modification can be helpful but may not be enough and regular antihypertensive medications may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
