What Causes Foul Vaginal Odour?

I just ended my monthly cycle two days ago, so I haven t had any intercourse in 5-6 days. Today I noticed a watery, white discharge that smelled like an odor I have never incountered in all my years of having a vagina and dealing with the infections that can come along with it. My partner wanted to have sex tonight, so I started cleaning my vagina with unscented baby wipes like I always do before and after intetcourse. I had been standing at the sink brushing my teeth, so I was facing a mirror when I opened up my lips and a watery white discharge literally dropped out, possibly even squirted out, onto the floor and some just stayed visible on my Labia. When I smelled it I was appalled at the revolting smell of a mixture of rotten eggs and death. What could this be?

Hi, I think you can be having some bacterial as well as fungal infection. Get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist. Get a pelvic examination done. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal. It will treat the infection. Have a protected intercourse. Hope it helps.
