Hi I’ve been taking iron pills for the last two weeks because I am anemic. I noticed after a week of taking the pills my vagina have been smelling like spoiled milk. I have no itch or pain, but the smell is really bad. I don’t smell it when I pull my underwear down I only smell it when I put my fingers to my discharge and smell. The discharge is creamy and white but there is not a lot of it. I’ve had a yeast infection before like over a year ago or maybe two. But it’s not like a yeast infection. Please help.
