What Causes Foul Smelling Rash On My Inner Thighs?
I have what looks like bruising (rash?),it's smooth but looks like a fungus.
I do have toe fungal nail on my big toe. The rash is in my inner thighs, both sides, and has a
smell to it. Nothing very potent, but I notice it on the sides of my underwear. It doesn't itch, but
is making me wonder what it is.

The rash you described could be contact dermatitis with secondary infection as it smells. Fungal infections usually itch, but cannot be ruled out.
