What Causes Foul Smelling Of Gas?

i have bad gas smell every day and doesnt seem to matter what i eat and sometimes i have abdominal pain usually followed by diahrrea though this doesnt occur as often any more but the smelly gas is every day. is this something i should talk to my doctor about or is it something i just accept and live with

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the flatus formation of bad odor then it could be due to some infection and it must be bacterial infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest to have Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day, for five days, try to eat the fresh prepared food, drink more water, constipation needs to be ruled out too, have more fiber containing diet, hope this information helps.
