What Causes Foul Smell In The Groin Area?
For some reason my crotch area has a odor to it and today when I was taking a shower I think my testicles are purplish. Odor has been going on for a week. My last PSA was a year ago and it was the lowest number. Also I have been having swelling in my calves. My kidneys are about 30%

Most probably it will be due to superficial fungal infections. As a first line management you can apply topical antifungal like clotrimazole for symptomatic relief. If lesion persist you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
