What Causes Foot Pain With History Of High BP And Blood Sugar?

I have intermittent foot pain. I shy away from physicians... I have high blood pressure and high blood sugar. The foot pain just went away after 1 week and I stopped drinking diet soda and did have some regular soda (sugar, not high fructose). Coincidence?

Hello,

You are suggested to switch to healthy lifestyle. No worries, high blood pressure and high blood sugar can also be controlled naturally since you shy away from Physicians. Stop taking soft drinks, diet soda, etc. Take coconut water, plain water and fluids adequately to keep yourself well hydrated. Make sure you are passing urine normally so that your blood pressure remains normal.

Take food high in vitamin C and E and moringa. It will help to lower blood pressure. Avoid stress. Taking bitter gourd juice, moringa, broccoli, sprouts, beans, lentils, kale, citrus fruits, eggs, etc, help to lower blood sugar level. Moringa also has anti inflammatory quality so it will help to reduce pain and inflammation of all kinds.

You can add food that is anti inflammatory in nature to help reduce pain and speedup wound healing. You are suggested to go for regular walking and maintain healthy weight. Switch to home made fresh balanced diet and avoid taking processed food, packaged food, trans fat, high sugary food, etc. Limit the amount of salt intake and avoid taking salty food.
