General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastro esophageal reflux. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful. Get an ecg to rule out cardiac problems to be on safe side.
Hope this may be helpful. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
