What Causes Fluttering Sensation On Chest And Tingling Sensation In Arms?

Hello, I am a 22 year old woman and I have been experiencing some fluttering in my chest, especially at night, and some upper left side back pain as well as numbness and tingling in my arms and legs, especially when I lie down, as well as some light headedness. I also experience daily indigestion that does not get better with Tums or any antacids. I am not sure these things are connected, but I am a bit concerned about all these things. I am also on Lutera as a contraceptive, if that is relevant.
