What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Upper Chest After Taking Ramipril?
Hi I started taking ramipril about 3 weeks ago. Tonight I was walking my dog and I felt funny all of a sudden felt like I was in trouble and felt fluttering in my upper chest from rapid heart beat. I take metoprolol for sinus tac and have since 1994. Anyways can ramipril do this to a person. Now my blood press is high, last one I took was 170 over 91 76 pulse.

Most privacy Ramipril is not associated with this fluttering sensation, but there must be certain other reasons. It may be because of your high blood pressure as it is really high. Kindly control your blood pressure to 120 upper and 80 lower levels then everything will be fine.
