Hello,
Until about six weeks after the child birth, the uterus contracts and retracts as it involutes and these can be felt as spams. Bowel movement can often be felt if the abdomen is thin as rumbling sensation. Apart from this, fluttering movements are not seen unless there is a pregnancy. Though you have infrequent intercourse now-a-days, it would be better if you have a specialist opinion in person and exclude/confirm pregnancy and also get a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram to clarify the situation.
