What causes fluid filled blister on back?

Whent to try and pop what I thought was a big blister kind of pimple on my back. Kinda picked it open and when it did I squeezed on it and just a little bit of blood came out and it was bubbling like when you put water on the hole of a tire that s going flat

Based on the history you have shared, it can be a pustular eruption,and it should be treated, with topical antibiotics, antiseptic cleaning and oral anti inflammatory drugs. A surgical review or a dermatologist review may be needed.
