General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your problem can be due to prostatitis. Taking antibiotics and anti inflammatory agents will be helpful. It is better to consult a general surgeon or urologist to get a physical examination. Urine routine examination should be done to rule out urinary infection also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
